The Grand Conference Center, also know as The Garden Room at the Grand, is located across the second floor front of the Grand Theatre building. This renovated space was originally an open-air roof-top area for dinner and dancing. The 4000 square foot Garden Room and catering kitchen is available to rent for receptions, dinners and business meetings. The space can be divided for breakout sessions for larger conferences that might also use the auditorium. The catering kitchen is capable of adequately serving guest meals. The facility has state-of the-art technology available for use for each event.
The adjoining auditorium of the Grand Theatre is a restored 1930's vintage movie house. Technologically however, the facility is all 21st Century. Equipped with a state-of-the-art presentation systems, superb LED lighting and digital sound, a full size screen and digital projection, the Theatre makes an excellent gathering point for keynote addresses, plenary sessions, and, of course, entertainment.
Upstairs, the renovated Garden Room can be configured as four break-out rooms to accommodate simultaneous sessions - or opened fully to serve up to 250 participants. This space also houses a catering kitchen and technological amenities amidst art deco styling. The conference area is ADA compliant and easily accessible by elevator from the lobby of the Theatre.

Only 20 miles from Interstate 75, the city is a junction for US highways 129 and 319. A 24-hour general aviation airport serves corporate jets and other private aircraft.
